CRS - Coolant Recycling System
The Right System For Coolant Recycling
The CRS filtration system is designed to recycle machine coolant and industrial process fluids. The system removes suspended solids, emulsified and free tramp oil, and bacteria from coolants while maintaining the integrity of the coolants for reuse.
|
Suitable Applications Include:
- Machine coolant recycling
- Metal Working: cutting, grinding, drilling and tapping, and stamping fluids used in manufacturing operations.
- Steel and Tube Mills: rolling, forming, and drawing fluids used as coolants for ferrous and non-ferrous operations.
- Rinse or washdown water recycling
- Scrub or mop water recycling
- Cooling tower water recycling
- Aqueous cleaner recycling for parts washing

Advanced Membrane Technology
|
- Removes suspended solids, emulsified and free tramp oil, and bacteria with a single pass
- Ideal for recycling soluble, semi-synthetic, and synthetic coolants
- Resists oil fouling
- Provides high/stable output over the life of the membrane
|
Solvent Resistant Membrane
|
Compatible with most hydrocarbons, free oils, acids, and the expansive class of polar organic solvents used in many industrial plants, the Super Hydrophilic membrane can operate at temperatures up to 170° F and is stable through a broad pH range from 2 to 12
|
Portable System
|
Able to be moved from one location to another in order to recondition multiple tanks/batches
|
Automated Operation
|
- Reduces maintenance
- Monitors system performance automatically

Recycle Cleaners and Coolants On-line!
FSI's CRS Systems are based on advanced membrane technology. The coolant reconditioning process is accomplished using a proprietary membrane. These systems are specially designed to recycle metal working fluids, aqueous cleaners, and coolants on-line, reducing waste costs by simultaneously removing and concentrating the oil and dirt from the process fluid sump. These systems eliminate the down time resulting from frequent cleaner or coolant replacement and significantly reduce the volume of fluid used. More importantly, recycling improves the quality and consistency of finished parts by keeping these fluids clean.
Standard Systems
Filtration Solutions, Inc. offers the following standard coolant recycling systems with automatic or manual controls. FSI also provides customized filtration systems to meet the specific needs of our customers.
